Audio Failure. No sound from speaker after audio driver is installed. Check if speaker cables are connected properly. Make sure all the drivers are installed properly. Try another known good speaker, CD-ROM. Exchange another known good charger board. XPS USB port sockets can wear out with regular use. We can replace these on most machines. Ports can be mounted vertically or horizontally and can be grouped. Most USB problems we have seen can be attributed to physical damage to the socket rather than electronics.
