External Monitor No Display. There is no display or picture abnormal on CRT monitor, but it is OK for LCD. Confirm monitor is good and check the cable are connected properly. Remove all the I/O device & cable from motherboard except monitor and try again. No Power - When the power button is pressed, nothing happens, power indicator does not light up. Is the notebook connected to power (AC or a charged battery)? Connect AC or battery. Try another known good battery or AC adapter. Power ok? Replace the faulty AC Adapter or Battery. Replace motherboard if still faulty.
